TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Praxis mobile application and related services (the "Services") operated by Praxis ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Praxis, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. THE SERVICES

Praxis is a structured self-improvement application that provides day-by-day transformation plans across six life pillars — Physique, Appearance, Discipline, Confidence, Wealth, and Productivity — including a combined Total Transformation plan, with task tracking, streaks, progress scoring, and optional progress photos.

Praxis provides educational and motivational content only. It is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Praxis. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. ACCOUNTS

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Keeping your Apple or Google account secure (Praxis uses those providers for sign-in)
  • All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us promptly at appbros761@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account from the Profile tab in the App, or by contacting us.

4. FREE ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Praxis may offer free access to a recommended plan and core features, and paid Premium access that unlocks additional plans, Total Transformation, and restore across devices.

Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and managed by those platforms (and related processors such as RevenueCat). Pricing, billing periods, trials, and renewals are presented at purchase and controlled by the applicable store.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the store’s instructions before the renewal date
  • Refunds, if any, are handled under the store’s refund policies
  • We do not store your payment card details

5. LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Praxis for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users
  • Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

6. USER CONTENT

You may create or upload content such as custom tasks, habits, notes, and optional progress photos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services for you.

You are responsible for User Content you submit. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including plans, curriculum, design, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, are owned by Praxis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Praxis relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, and subscriptions (including Supabase, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that using Praxis will produce any particular result.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAXIS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Praxis from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. TERMINATION

You may stop using Praxis at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
